Meet the Team
Family strong is the motto this group lives by. Mark and Marian, Ben and his son Carter, Sara and husband Zach, and Andrea are the foundation that Skyline Winter Services rests on. The Arthofer family has strong ties to community and takes pride in being involved in community affairs and various organizations. Their shared values of hard work and a commitment to service and excellence make them a force to be emulated.
The visionary and driving force behind Skyline, Mark has built his company from the ground up. His passion is studying and educating others about the snow removal and salt industries. A Certified Snow Professional, Marks serves on the board of SIMA (Snow and Ice Management Association) and is involved with several groups of snow and salt professionals. He is also the designer and patent holder on the Sky-Link Mix Master, a portable machine that allows for the treatment of bulk road salt with ice melting enhancers.
Born into the business, Ben knows the in’s and out’s of it all. As vice president and operations manager, he works hand in hand with Mark on management decisions for Skyline. He coordinates the snow removal crews and equipment. He is Co-Owner of Skyline Sweeping and is in charge of all sweeping and power washing operations.
DEB MAUSSER (and Cocoa)
When you call Skyline, you will most likely reach Deb. Being with Skyline for almost 15 years, Deb handles all things office. From accounts receivable, payables and payroll to managing customer accounts and taking orders. Numbers are her thing, but she will also jump in an end loader and fill your truck when needed.
Darrell is our Sales Manager. Darrell joined the Skyline family with over 30 years snow removal experience. He’s your source for all things technical when it comes to salt products and Magic Zero. If it’s product you’re looking for, whether bag or bulk, give Darrell a call.

Cosmo is Skyline’s official office greeter. When you come to visit, he makes sure you are met enthusiastically with tail wags and warm nudges. He willingly accepts petting and belly rubs for his services, but never turns down a treat either.
